This works so well, especially if you’re a service provider like mine. I’ve been having midway check-in calls with my Business Accelerator clients. I want to make sure they’re on track to achieve the goals they set out when they joined and see what they need from me to achieve them, even though we have a customer success manager. It’s like a bonus 1:1 with me. And they love it, and honestly, I frickin love it too. I love hearing how they’re getting on and that they’re moving forward and hitting their results. 

 

Experience is Everything

Aim to make every client interaction seamless and delightful. Deliver exceptional service, anticipate their needs, and make them feel valued. Become an Expert, Not Just a Vendor

Don't just sell a service; position yourself as an indispensable expert and partner to your client.  Educate them with insider knowledge, relevant industry updates, and actionable tips. This builds trust and establishes you as the go-to authority in your field.

 

Crafting Irresistible Offers

Turning interested clients into repeat customers is all about crafting truly irresistible offers. 

 

Here's how to make offers they can't refuse: 

  • Address a critical pain point. Your offer needs to solve a burning problem for your client. What keeps them up at night? Zero in on those deep-rooted pain points and show how you provide the ultimate solution.
  • Value stacking. Don't just offer the basics. Sweeten the deal with extra resources, bonuses, or support. Be creative and showcase the incredible value your clients gain from working with you.
  • Urgency and scarcity. Limited-time offers or special bonuses create a sense of "I need to act now." Use this to your advantage, but with integrity!
  • The transformation promise. Your clients are investing in a better future. Vividly describe how their life or business will be completely transformed after they take up your offer.
